Has been teamed with Patrick’s in the hardwood flooring business since
1994. His expertise is in all aspects of the sanding and finishing side of
the business. Jason’s quality minded approach to his job stems through
Patrick’s Custom Hardwood Flooring employees right to your doorstep.
Adam Maley – Finishing
Crew Leader
Has been teamed with Patrick’s since 1997. Not only is Adam an excellent
finisher he also excels in all areas of carpentry. A very loyal and hardworking
employee which will be a part of the Patrick’s Hardwood Family for
a long time.
Shane Kendall – Finishing
Crew Leader
Shane was hired in the summer of 2004. Shane has 13 years experience in
the hardwood industry. Shane is a wonderful addition to the Patrick’s
Custom Hardwood Family.
Jason Kraemer – Finisher
Jason has been with the company for 4 years, he has a bachelors degree in
Education from Lincoln Memorial University. Jason is a hard worker, excellent
with customers and very dependable. We are looking forward to Jason advancing
into future a management position.
Billy Miller – Finisher
Billy has been with the company for 2 years. He has an excellent personality,
excellent with customers and fellow employees. Even though he has been here
a short while he has caught on quickly and become and excellent finisher.
Erik Suedekamp
– Lead Installer
Erik has been teamed up with Patrick’s for the last 6 years. Erik in
the past 6 years has developed into one of the finest custom flooring installers
in the area. Erik has also been recently promoted to New Construction Installation
Manager.
Willie Butler
– Install Crew Leader
Willie has been with the company for approximately years and has been in
the business for approximately 5 years. Willie has a work ethic that is
second to none, he also is a gentleman we hope will be with us for a long
time to come.
Tim O’Hara
- Installer
Has been teamed with Patrick’s for the last 8 years. Tim is one of
the few people in the industry that can install and finish successfully.
Tim has great people skills and is a very hard worker.
